Event Pricing

We offer private and public rental space. Non-profit discounts-

Front lobby- 4,000sq feet- $50.00 per hour.

Main floor- 20,000 sq feet. Starting at $100.00 per hour.

Upper Deck Mezzanine- 4,000sq feet.

Security Deposit
A $500 security deposit will be required for all events. This deposit is fully refundable providing that the condition of the building meets our standards and passes a final walk through.

Insurance
All renters must provide proof of insurance and provide a statement naming “THE VENUE LLC & NARREGAN ST LLC.” as additional insured.
